LegalCare's terms of service governing use of the platform, workflows and expert network.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using LegalCare ("Service"), operated by LegalCare Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Not a law firm
LegalCare is a technology platform that connects you with independent legal experts and provides workflow tooling. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed with LegalCare itself.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through any means other than the interfaces we provide, or by submitting unlawful content.
5. Fees and credits
Paid features are billed through our payment processor. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
6. Intellectual property
The Service and its content are owned by LegalCare and protected by law. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a license to operate the Service.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegalCare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India for users in India and the State of Delaware for users in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
